What data we process

We may process the information you provide when contacting us, registering or making a purchase: your name, contact details, billing and delivery address, information required for the event or the personalisation of an order, order information and communications related to the service.

We do not need or request special categories of personal data in order to provide our services.

How we use your data

To respond to enquiries and requests for information.
To prepare, manage, personalise, charge for and deliver orders.
To maintain the communications required during design, approval, production and after-sales service.
To comply with accounting, tax, consumer-protection and other legal obligations.
To prevent errors, fraud or misuse of the shop.
To carry out analytics or measurement where there is an appropriate legal basis or the necessary consent.

Legal basis

Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on taking steps prior to entering into a contract or performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service, or your consent where required.

Providers and recipients

In order to provide the service, data may be accessed by providers acting on behalf of Pachanga Party Studio or receiving information necessary for the operation: website hosting and maintenance, email and forms, WooCommerce and associated technology services, payment providers, transport companies and logistics-management platforms such as Packlink, as well as measurement or consent tools when enabled.

We do not sell your data. Information is only disclosed when necessary to provide the service, where there is a legal obligation, or where another lawful basis applies.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as necessary to respond to them and carry out reasonable follow-up. Order, invoicing and transaction data will be retained for the periods required by applicable law. Processing based solely on consent will continue until consent is withdrawn, unless another retention obligation applies.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability where applicable, and you may withdraw consent, by writing to hola@pachangapartystudio.es and identifying your request. If you believe the processing of your data is not appropriate, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information and use encrypted HTTPS connections. No system connected to the Internet can guarantee zero risk.
