Prices and sales territory
Prices shown in the shop are in euros and include the taxes applicable according to the configuration of the order, unless expressly stated otherwise. Online purchases of physical products are available for destinations within the European Union. For destinations outside the EU, please contact Pachanga Party Studio before purchasing.
Lead times
As a general rule, all orders require a minimum of 3 weeks for preparation and delivery, whether or not they are personalised, because each piece involves preparation and manual work. The timeframe may vary depending on volume, personalisation and transport. If you need your order sooner, contact Pachanga Party Studio before purchasing so we can confirm whether it is possible.
Minimum quantities
Repeatable products may have a minimum quantity shown on the product page. Many repeatable printed pieces currently start at 10 units. One-off pieces such as albums, books, prints, seating plans, certain signs, and digital products or services may be purchased from a single unit.
Invitation personalisation
Basic adaptation of an existing design is included and covers changes such as names, date, wording, colour and minor adjustments. When a custom design is requested and it requires substantial development or modification of the proposal, a design fee of €50 + VAT is added once per design. The configurator displays this amount before the order is added to the cart.
Working process
After purchase, Pachanga Party Studio will review the information provided and contact you where necessary. The usual process is: information gathering, proposal or adaptation, review, approval, production and shipping or delivery.
As a guideline, up to two reasonable rounds of adjustments are included for the proposal presented. Changes of concept or scope, or additional rounds that require extra work, may be quoted separately, always informing you before carrying out work that involves an additional cost.
Deposits and split payments
Where a product page offers a deposit option, the amount payable at that stage and the outstanding balance are shown before the product is added to the cart. For wedding websites, the usual arrangement is 50% at the start and the remaining 50% on completion. The first payment reserves the project and allows work to begin.
Cancellation, withdrawal and personalised products
Many physical products from Pachanga Party Studio are made to the customer’s specifications or are clearly personalised. In those cases, the legal exception to the general right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised may apply.
For services and creative work, if the customer asks for work to begin before the end of any applicable statutory withdrawal period, the legally applicable rules for services already started and work actually performed will apply. In projects involving a deposit, the part corresponding to work already carried out is not refundable merely because the customer decides to abandon the project, without prejudice to any statutory consumer rights.
Where digital content is supplied and specific withdrawal rules apply, any required consent or acknowledgement will be requested before immediate delivery where appropriate.
Defects, production errors and transport damage
If an order arrives damaged, contains a production defect or does not match what was agreed, contact us as soon as possible, quoting the order number and providing photographs where they help us assess the issue. Where appropriate, Pachanga Party Studio will arrange a replacement, reprint or suitable solution at no additional cost.
Shipping
Shipping costs and available options are shown during checkout according to the destination and the configuration available. Shipping is prepared once the order has been produced and is ready to leave. Transport times are additional to production time.
